• Bella Chicca is not responsible for delays in delivery or damage due to factors outside of its control, including COVID-19 restrictions which may impact delivery times.

Carrier & Transfer-Point Responsibility

Once a shipment leaves our facility, any delays, refusals, or other issues that occur at transfer points or during local delivery are the responsibility of the receiver. Bella Chicca will provide all available tracking information, but we are unable to intervene with customs agencies, postal depots, or couriers on the receiver’s behalf.

Return & Refund Policy

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Bella Chicca is not responsible for lost, stolen or untraceable shipments. It is recommended to ship your return with a carrier service that provides a tracking number to ensure that your package is not lost. For U.S. customers, returns must be shipped via USPS. For U.K. customers, returns must be shipped via Royal Mail. Import and customs brokerage fees must be prepaid by the sender. Otherwise, they will be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for any extra fees charged when packages are returned to the sender by the carrier.

Return Request Process

To start a return, you can contact us at bellachicca.fashionstore@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In your return request please include the following:

• Order Number
• The product name(s) you are returning
• Reason for return
• Pictures of defect (if applicable)
• The date the item(s) were received
• Delivery address
• Email address used for purchase
• Tracking number of your return shipment (once approved)
  

Timeframe

Please notify us of any issue with your order immediately upon receipt. You must not wait longer than 2 calendar days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. Once your return is approved, you have 90 days to return your item for a full refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs and a tracking number must be provided.

How do I use a discount code?

Once you checkout there is a discount code section on the right side. Sometimes we will have automatic discount codes and these will be applied automatically once you add a item to your cart. I’m not sure what my size is…help!

All of our garments are true to size. We source many of our items from local manufactures based out of mostly in LOS ANGELES, CA - so the items we carry are manufactured for the USA MARKET and are true to size & good quality. To get a size recommendation you can also use our app by clicking on the sizing tool in the link above the ADD TO CART button.

By entering the height, weight, and age, we can help you find the right size. Age has an impact on how your weight is distributed. Knowing your age helps us recommend the right size.
