Our orders are shipped via USPS PRIORITY/FIRST CLASS or by Expedited service from one of our International suppliers.
We offer FREE SHIPPING to all locations (US, Canada, and International).

We will email your tracking information to you after the order is shipped.
You can track your order through our site’s Track Your Order page, the SHOP APP, or directly through the carrier via the tracking number that will be provided with your shipping notification. We usually ship via USPS or UPS.
- Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays.
Domestic shipping time is based on the destination being one of the 48 Continental United States. - Blue Zone Planet is not responsible for delays in delivery or damage due to factors outside of its control, including COVID-19 restrictions which may impact delivery times.
Carrier & Transfer-Point Responsibility
We ship U.S. orders exclusively through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once a shipment leaves our facility, any delays, refusals, or other issues that occur at transfer points or during local delivery are the responsibility of the receiver. Blue Zone Planet will provide all available tracking information, but we are unable to intervene with customs agencies, postal depots, or couriers on the receiver’s behalf.
